Write about my experience writing

It was a really good experience, I felt good writing, I'm not the best writer but I loved that because help me on manny ways, I learned more Vocabulary, ways to show my ideas and makes me feel more safer about my comunication qualities.

 I think, that this kind of english practice was really usefull and encourage to lose the fear of english, that is an important tool to the development as a person and as professional.

I feel good about the experience exceeded my expectations and turned into something more than just write, and became a change in my thinking about how I saw the English, and start to think English as a way of expressing things, often in a much better way than the Spanish.
Perhaps it woud have been better to have a free theme to develop it personally, but anyway it's just an idea.

Next semester I would like to talk about topics such as policy, education, life, sports, music (again) and culture. So that the end of english 3 I hope... See you thanks for reading, please coments and bye bye!

star wars pium pium

So lets talk about the only one movie that I saw on my life.
okey i saw more movies on my life but STAR WARS is the only who I watched by my will.
I like this movie because makes me feel like a Jedi or a Sith, and imagine adventures and manny things as Darth palena. Yes, it sounds like a kid because I'm a kid too.
I don't have any favorite actor just cause I don't know their names, but on Star wars my favorite character is Yoda, because is really wise and good fighter, Leya princess is so cute and I like she too, R2D2 is a good character too because is so funny, and I don't know who more...
Favorite director? - no thanks, I'm really bad at movies. And about genre, could I said that I like accion movies and science fiction.
I like go to the cinema, a weeks ago I went to the cinema to watch the best movie ever "minioms" I loved that, but I think is a good option watch a movie on your laptop in the bed.

Music

Yes, I don't know how to start, and yes, I'm a musician....
"You have to believe on the music because this is essential for be a musician"
 Music is everything for me, and sometimes I feel crazy because there's nothing else in my mind that music. Everyday I'm thinking on music, my mind is like a mp3 player that is playing music all day, and if you ask me what music means to me? music is the only thing that I have and I want...
Different kinds of music marks my life, but muy favorite kind of music is the classical music, and I especially like composers like Tchaikovsky, Malher, Wagner, Sibelius and Strauss. My favorite symphony is the 6Th° of Tchaikovsky "Le Patetiqué" and de 2nd° of Malher "Resurrection" and I would like play one of this some day. I also like traditional Jazz, like Wynton Marsalis and Lincoln Center, because Jazz and classical music, makes me travel by the time and make me feel manny emotions, similar to use drugs but without drugs, Is amazing and for free.
Talking about jazz I'll tell you a funny history, is was 3 years ago... Playing saxophone on a Big band, the concert day, director tell me about improvisation section and choseed me for one solo. at the moment of the concert I was really nervous, because it was my first time playing a solo, at my solo space director said my "your turn" and I went blank, I looked my teammates and they was looking my, like "lets play M!"#!"123$%"#ER" I said me, "F**K everything" and I played a good solo.

fooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood

As you know I'm from Palena, A little town in the austral south of Chile, life here is so hard specially when you talk about food. In Palena we have the posibility to plant a lot of vegetables but we have cold climate, wich kill the plants and usually we remain much time eating meat that is the only food source. 8 years here did make me start a kind of love for the principal food sources, potatoes and meat. Potatoes at breakfast, at lunch and at dinner, as a drink a salad and everything that you imagine. I really love potatoes but more than potatoes I love MILCAOS.

Milcaos are a tipical food from Chilotes culture, is like a  bread but cooked with only potatoes, and “chicharrones”. 

Why I love Milcaos? Well… usually I eat milcaos when my family or family Friends cook Curanto, that is another thing that I like so much, and for my it represent more than a delicious food an especial momento in my social life. 

People who live in south think that food is a sign of affection, and when you visit them, they prepare food for you for make you feel good and like at home, and yes I think is amazing…

Okey, potatoes are not everything talking about food and cooking I would like to preprare “Cazuela”, maybe you remember a cold day and at home your mom was waiting you with a cazuela, wow good times… I would like to come back cooking that….

Website or somebody who I admire?

A lot of people did amazing things and I admire a lot of people too, is really hard to me talk about someone intresting and for this I'am going to talk about what is the website that I love...

www.teoria.com is the best site ever for students and professional musicians, here you can find manny interesting things like, ear training, music theory and articles about music. My favorite part of this website is the "Ear training" section, because here I can practice things like interval recognition and chords progessions  that forms part of "Lenguaje Musical" subjet on my career. I really love this place, its like have free, intenssive and hard music class. On "www.teoria.com" you also can study music theory, and practice in the same website.
I'm not really shure how often I use this website but I think that maybe 5 or 6 times a week and it was really good for my ear and my learning
I love study on Teoria.com Beacuse I learned a lot since I visited this place for first time, and because everything you read here you can practice or listen and everything you listen or practice here have the theoric fundaments for free.

Hi everyone, after a long time I'm back, fatter and communist than ever...

If you study music at Universidad de Chile maybe you know about the pick.
A cold morning at 09:00 am in december 15th, 2014  I took with my cellphone a picture of the "Etapa básica" section hall. I was waiting my turn to take the admision exam, really nervous i did not know this test would change my life...

Why? I was a bad mark, and when I say bad mark is a really bad mark, but its make me think about my goals as a musician... After that a bad mark and a rejection of saxophone career, I knew that investigation is what I want. And now I'm here studing music theory, running for musicology in maybe teen or eleven years more.
I like this pick because remember me a moment of change, a big change in my life.

Shut! I forgot to say that the basic stage section is on the side B of the ninth floor of the building Alfonso Letelier Llona. Sometimes when I'm bored I go here to got internet conecction :) See you guys, thanks for reading.

¿Gotitas?

Okey, Gotitas is not a traditional name for a pet, but my sister Martina, believes that is the best name for a cat...  Yes I had a cat, she is a female and was called Gotitas.

She came home a winter day like two years ago when she was a little cat, we adopted and loved she. Gotitas is like a wild cat she likes hunt birds, rats and everything that is moving, she likes sleep and she love sleep in my room or on my parents room, she likes too spend time in the garden and play with other cats, i think that she has great life.

When we travel Gotitas is cared for by a neighbor, and its funny cause she went to live with the neighbor and when we come back she come to live in our house again.

Now Gotitas is with my family in Palena, she should stay playing with my sister or sleeping...

My favorite piece of technology

What is technology? well technologies are in everyplace, a machine make icecreams that you eat when you're hot and many other things. Technology support almost things that gives as comfort, We always use it and we also have preferences.

In  my case I like everything who is usable to play music, headphones, mp3 players, etc. Mp3 players, are a gadget that store our music and play it when you want, usually you use mp3 players with a headphones that are used to listen to music...

I got one when I started to travel last year, I bought a mp3 player and it became a good partner for the travels.

This gadget are really important for me, I use it for listen to music everyday, and there I keep all my music like Symphonies from Malher or Jazz by Wynton Marsalis.  

I like Mp3 players because there you can keep all your music and go with them to everyplace and like Friedrich Nietzsche said "life without music would be a mistake", life without Mp3 players would be complicated...

Autobiography

Hey! I'm Matías, well...
I was born on May 10th 1997 in San Esteban a little town at Aconcagua valley, Playing in the street with my friends and my dog. teen years after I was moved to a really really little town called Palena I studied in the only one school of the town "Roberto White School" for six years, two of elementary and four of secondary. With my family I learned the life way, living in Palena I learn more about nature and family life, to value the warmth of home and the power of nature, here i was learn how to be free.
This year I was moved to Santiago to study "Music theory" at University of Chile, I'm really happy with this decision because, here I can practices hobbies and interesting things like go to the museum and live a musician life. on the other hand I miss my mom my dad and my sister they are in Palena and Palena is far away to Santiago. So now I have to continue writing my history, see you soon readers...

Expectations

So, live in santiago is really exiting because you can do many things, go to concerts, meet interesting people, but on the other hand you are far away from your family and it makes you feel alone or tired. However, university gives you many thing to do and it makes me have expectations of my first semester, new challenges like piano "the  hardest subject that musicians had to overcome", Musical investigation is another interesting subject and it makes me feel really encouraged because I like investigative area. In general I would like for this academic period find answers, learn more about music and develop myself, and I think this is a good way to achieve my purposes. Another thing I'm also doing extracurricular things, I'm playing soccer every weekend with my hostel roommates  and learning about idiom and Mapuche culture, it is very exiting! So finally and talking about myself i'm waiting for travel to Palena and stay with my family.

my first semester on University of Chile

       So, its hard to explain this experience. I ever was want to stay here, and now i'm here taking class and learning about interesting things for me, i feel really exited with this and i also feel that it was the best deciton. I know that be a musician (specially) in Chile is so hard, to our professional  and personal development, but i'm not worried, i feel encouraged.

        Talking about my experience at university, i can say that has been really good, i made relationships with my teammates and meet many people who think similar to me, i feel comfortable here. On the other hand classes are really hard and teachers  are demanding, but i think that is a good way to learn and became a better musician.
